Two¡¢Pigment property
Shandong Hongrun Pigment: Pigment Orange 64 (Yonggu Orange GP) is a bright red orange powder, which is a benzimidazolone pigment. It has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. In plastics, it can withstand 300℃/5min in HDPE, but with increasing temperature, the color tone is yellowish, does not affect the crystallinity of the polymer, and does not produce dimensional deformation; it has good migration resistance in plastic PVC. In metal decorative printing ink, the heat resistance stability is 200℃.
Pigment Orange 64 produced by Shandong Hongrun Pigment can correspond to GP Orange of Ciba Pigment.
Three¡¢Main uses
Yonggu Orange GP (Pigment Orange 64) is mainly used for coloring of paints, inks, plastics (PS PO ABS PVC PC PBT), rubber and raw pulp of synthetic fibers.
